Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the manufacturing floor to pinpoint operational process enhancements.
- Lead and engage in process improvement initiatives employing various quality tools and methodologies.
- Identify avenues to decrease operational expenses.
- Enhance equipment utilization and boost operator efficiency.

Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as a Process Engineer in an Electronic Manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline.
- Experience with Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
