Quality Team Lead

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Team Lead to join our team at Polamer Precision, Inc. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aerospace manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective quality control processes to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Provide training and coaching to production staff on quality-related topics.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, including defect rates and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on aerospace manufacturing.
- Knowledge of industry standards, including AS9100 and AS13100.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
