Position Summary

At Commure, we are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of multiple implementation projects. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined scope by coordinating cross-functional teams, documenting deployment processes, and recommending enhancements to processes and products. The ideal candidate will represent Commure’s Strongline product throughout the project lifecycle while engaging with clients at various organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee project tasks, timelines, budgets, and overall project success.
  • Conduct virtual and/or in-person presentations and training sessions.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and adhere to established standards.
  • Identify and assist in resolving client escalations, risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Encourage collaboration across departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage multiple technology projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Offer on-site support during product deployment.
  • Document software/hardware issues, conduct research, and provide insights to the development team.
  • Document solution enhancements for clarity and alignment with business needs.
  • Effectively plan new software/hardware releases to minimize client disruption.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to prioritize issues and address outstanding items.
  • Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and identify workarounds while awaiting development updates.
  • Create additional documentation for product offerings.
  • Develop workflows based on client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • PMP or CMP certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in healthcare IT and startups is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical aptitude, preferably with experience in technology support and software/hardware interfaces.
  • Familiarity with software/hardware installation and network diagrams is advantageous.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite equivalents.
  • Experience with project management platforms like Salesforce or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Excellent skills in prioritization, planning, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodation).
