Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete customer lifecycle for our complimentary users of the Scribe platform.
  • Ensure the smooth and timely execution of all critical components of client onboarding, from project initiation to launch.
  • Manage client relationships and guarantee exceptional service delivery for every customer.
  • Demonstrate the free version of our product to potential clients.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of execution and results.
  • Drive key operational metrics such as process efficiency and defect rates.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business to proactively address emerging issues.
  • Conduct outreach to potential customers via phone and demo calls.
  • Identify territories with substantial private practice clientele.
  • Engage with customers in the field to facilitate Scribe activation in person.
  • Conduct onboarding calls for new users to ensure successful setup.
  • Perform business reviews and check-ins to assess usage metrics.
  • Commit to delivering customer value by thoroughly understanding client needs and aligning them with Athelas' best practices.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Operations within a dynamic SaaS technology environment (preferably with a freemium model).
  • Experience collaborating across sales, operations, and engineering teams to meet client needs and support organizational goals.
  • Proficient in documenting and developing best practices to enhance the onboarding experience for the Implementation team.
  • Strong project management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passionate about customer interaction and dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Curious and detail-oriented: Committed to understanding client requests and seeking the truth behind them.
  • Adaptable in dynamic environments: Skilled at prioritizing tasks and identifying obstacles.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Retool, and Google Suite is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence frameworks is a plus.
