Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple implementation projects. This role requires ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications by coordinating cross-functional teams, documenting deployment procedures, and recommending enhancements to processes and products. The ideal candidate will represent Athelas throughout the project lifecycle while engaging with clients at various organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage project tasks, timelines, budgets, and overall project success.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations and training sessions.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and adhere to established standards.
  • Identify and assist in resolving client escalations, risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage multiple technology projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Provide on-site support during product deployment.
  • Document software and hardware issues, conduct research, and offer insights to the development team.
  • Document enhancements to solutions for clarity and alignment with business needs.
  • Plan new software and hardware releases to minimize client disruption.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to prioritize issues and address outstanding items.
  • Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and identify workarounds while awaiting development updates.
  • Create additional documentation for product offerings.
  • Develop workflows based on client feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • PMP or CMP certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in healthcare IT and startup environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in technology support and software/hardware interfaces.
  • Familiarity with software/hardware installation and network schematics is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Salesforce or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Excellent prioritization, planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodation).

Compensation Range: $130K - $155K
