About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the healthcare market by executing targeted sales strategies and meeting net-new interaction goals. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our products reach key healthcare systems and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute a Territory Sales Plan: Align with the company's go-to-market strategy to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the healthcare market.
  • Meet Interaction and Meeting Goals: Network, prospect, and lead conversion to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Manage the Sales Process: From initial contact to deal closure, ensure a seamless sales experience for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Accountability for Territory Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and technology platform to effectively communicate value to customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to continuously improve product positioning, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of territory activity, opportunities, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex solutions to hospitals and health systems.
  • Proven ability to build trust in executive relationships and effectively communicate across teams.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and economics.
  • Experience with end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to travel periodically (approximately 50%).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading product demonstrations in the healthcare space.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales management tools.
  • An MBA, or equivalent higher education in a related field.
  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.
