Business Development Associate

Blue C, Ltd. is a leading creative marketing agency that provides innovative marketing solutions to businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including networking and digital platforms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities, ensuring successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising concepts and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
