Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our paint sales territory in the Residential Repaint market segment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and profitability in key, opportunity, new, and existing customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding and supporting their business needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide solutions to customers
- Collaborate with stores to achieve business goals and develop working relationships
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Maintain accurate client records and provide excellent customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, sales, or marketing preferred
- At least one year of experience in a retail, sales, or customer service position
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Previous work experience as an Assistant Store or Branch Operations Manager for Sherwin-Williams
- Experience conducting outside sales calls and selling paint and paint-related products
- Proficiency in timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
