Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Altametrics. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads to develop sales-ready opportunities
- Successfully manage and overcome sales objections to develop interest
- Ensure accurate data in our CRM solution to drive strategy for future growth
- Partner with our SDRs and Marketing to help generate meetings and a sales pipeline
- Achieve weekly KPIs and a monthly/quarterly quota of pipeline and closed business
- Present high-level product demonstrations to clients in person or via Zoom
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of CRMs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Must be a team player
- Ability to write professional emails
- Able to plan for changes, obstacles, and external forces
- Proactive, forward-looking, and able to maintain a long-term, big-picture view
Compensation:
- Annual base pay of $55,000 - $70,000 + Commission
- Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
