Talent Acquisition Lead - Field Operations

Remote Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our talent acquisition team, you will be instrumental in executing our recruitment strategy and enhancing the experience for candidates across both boutique and corporate roles. Your daily activities will include:

  • Sourcing Talent
    Proactively developing talent pipelines through various channels, including our applicant tracking system, social media platforms, and recruitment events.
  • Market Insight
    Analyzing and communicating labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Innovative Recruitment
    Identifying and proposing innovative recruitment initiatives and best practices to enhance our hiring processes.

Collaboration

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partnering with the Talent Director to devise targeted recruitment strategies that minimize time-to-fill for open positions.
  • Participating in staffing committees to identify and promote high-potential candidates.
  • Working closely with the Talent Coordinator to ensure accurate data management.
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment vendors for key searches.

Execution of Recruitment

  • Leading intake meetings to gather insights on vacancies and share potential candidate profiles.
  • Conducting interviews to assess candidates against specific competencies and maintaining relationships with referrals.
  • Providing Hiring Managers with a curated shortlist of candidates.
  • Crafting engaging job advertisements for digital platforms.
  • Attending networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Tracking and reporting on interview outcomes, placements, and agency engagement.
  • Maintaining detailed records in our applicant tracking system to facilitate the hiring process.
  • Presenting recruitment activity updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for luxury retail, with 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment at both boutique and corporate levels. You should be adept at managing multiple requisitions while nurturing relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across different time zones are essential. Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, is required.

Travel Requirements
Occasional travel may be necessary for team collaboration and engagement with various stakeholders.
