Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager will lead both strategic and operational initiatives within the Talent Acquisition Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage interview training programs aimed at improving candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.
2. Collaborate closely with Recruiting Coordination to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
3. Oversee enhancements to systems and processes to support recruitment efforts.
4. Create and maintain documentation best practices in partnership with recruiting stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
5. Track and report on personal and program metrics related to designated initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a creative approach to problem-solving. They should be adept at making swift decisions in a dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the role requires building and nurturing relationships. A commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience is vital for success in this role. Familiarity with Talent Acquisition systems and tools, particularly in a technology-focused setting, is highly desirable.
