Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role within the [Client's] recruitment framework.

This position significantly contributes to the team's success by delivering exceptional customer service, administrative assistance, and project management throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The Coordinator aids Talent Acquisition efforts, ensuring prompt and precise interview scheduling for candidates and managing pre-employment processes for new hires.

This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the organization's recruitment procedures, including candidate management, benefits administration, relocation processes, company policy execution, and other related functions supporting Talent Acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Talent Advisors to provide a seamless staffing experience for clients, candidates, and HR partners.
Manage the complete staffing cycle, becoming proficient in [Client's] ATS (Taleo) and all related steps/statuses.

This encompasses supporting all administrative recruiting tasks, such as creating job requisitions, sending communications, scheduling interviews, tracking candidates, gathering data, and ensuring Talent Advisors uphold system accuracy for all active requisitions.

This also includes documenting notes in the system when contacting candidates for scheduling and updates.
Advertise all open positions across various platforms, including [Client's] Careersite, LinkedIn, state agencies, and other job boards.
Manage all processing-only requisitions for strategic hires.
Innovate and enhance the staffing process; embrace and implement change.
Maintain a consistent professional image that reflects the [Client's] brand for Talent Acquisition.
Assist in coordinating additional recruiting activities as required.

Conduct work in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding equal employment opportunity and company policies, as directed by management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding of fundamental office practices, procedures, and methodologies.
Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Experience with standard office equipment and using necessary software applications to generate correspondence, electronic communications, and maintain spreadsheets and databases.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and the capacity to manage various tasks within deadlines.
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to execute tasks promptly and efficiently.

Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience.
BA or BS degree with 1+ year of relevant experience in HR preferred, or
An equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
