Job Title:

Director of Business Development and General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business development initiatives and oversee the day-to-day operations of our White Plains office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, business development, and operations management, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for business development and partnerships.
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote home care services.
  • Analyze market trends and identify target demographics to tailor marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other potential referral sources.
  • Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking functions to raise awareness about home care services.
  • Develop and oversee initiatives to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  • Oversee daily operations of White Plains office site.
  • Provide training and supervision to office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively promote home care services.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts. Prepare and present reports on marketing performance to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is typically required; a master's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of home care marketing principles and strategies.
  • Knowledge of regulations associated with a Licensed Home Care Services Agency.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with community partners and referral sources.
  • Networking skills to expand the organization's reach and influence.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance, and other data to inform decision-making.
  • Understanding of the home care industry, including services offered, regulations, and market challenges.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and practices.
  • Several years of experience in marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and outreach initiatives.
