Position Overview: This role involves outside field sales and customer service, requiring travel across a multi-state territory. Candidates are preferred to reside in states such as Colorado, Nebraska, Arkansas, or Kansas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: The Automotive Sales Territory Consultant (ASTC) will deliver marketing solutions to automotive dealership clients within a designated territory, focusing on revenue growth by achieving sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
  • Performance Management: Regularly visit and consult with dealership clients, assess dealer performance through key metrics, and identify opportunities to enhance Retail and Service traffic.
  • Training and Best Practices: Facilitate training sessions and share best practices to ensure dealerships fully leverage the benefits of all Epsilon products.

Collaboration: The ASTC will report to the Regional Sales Director and collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing Services Representatives, to address customer care issues and deliver effective solutions.

Performance Goals:

  • Acquire new client business and maintain existing accounts to maximize dealership growth opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting Epsilon's product line to targeted dealerships and dealer groups.
  • Provide exceptional support to dealership needs, ensuring consistent service to all clients.
  • Collaborate with automotive partners to develop tailored plans for each dealership, ensuring sustained revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee project management for each account within your geographical area.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 360.
  • Strong territory management skills.
  • Experience in selling ongoing and one-time marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Preferred experience with automotive marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of marketing technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to adapt to rapidly changing environments.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $75,000, with potential for bonus or incentive compensation.
