Enterprise Sales Representative

At Palantir Technologies, we're on a mission to empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, and more. As an Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in building new relationships and nurturing existing ones, leveraging your deep knowledge of our product and its real-world applicability.
The Role
You'll be responsible for finding, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities at targeted institutions or geographies. Each client is unique, and you'll tailor your approach to Palantir and to each opportunity, rather than relying on past strategies. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Generating new leads and business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for growing our presence in commercial institutions and/or geographies
- Working closely with Palantir leadership to shape our commercial outreach and shepherd engagements
- Developing customer profiles and identifying target customer needs
- Thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment and develop deep familiarity with Palantir's software platforms
- Meeting and/or exceeding defined metrics by securing enterprise contracts
- Establishing and growing relationships with key executives at target accounts
What We Value
We're looking for individuals with a consistent track record of large-scale enterprise sales to commercial institutions. You'll need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to articulate our product offering to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority, and a deep understanding of potential customers' requirements and how our software can address them. Familiarity with navigating intricate procurement processes and experience building and maintaining relationships are also essential.
What We Require
Ability to travel (50%+) per business needs. 5+ years of outbound sales experience focusing on closing net new business.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as voluntary life insurance, commuter benefits, and relocation assistance.
