What You'll Do:
This is a customer-facing role that requires achieving sales and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving and exceeding assigned sales and business objectives
- Building relationships with property owners, managers, and developers
- Developing partnerships with real estate executives
- Communicating progress and results with sales leadership
- Negotiating and managing contracts
- Generating new leads through prospecting activities
- Conducting presentations to property owners and managers
Qualifications:
We're looking for individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of achieving sales goals, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
