At Workato, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses integrate and automate their workflows. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in uncovering new opportunities and building a strong pipeline of sales prospects to drive revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth SaaS company that's trusted by 7,000+ of the world's top brands. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute integrated campaigns and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound activities and build a strong pipeline of sales prospects.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Team to set up qualified meetings and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with our Demand Generation and Enterprise Sales Teams to refine strategy and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Consult with existing customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Sales Development experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Strong track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and account-based selling.
  • Proficient knowledge of business applications, including sales tools like Outreach, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to think outside the box and leverage multi-thread techniques to drive sales growth.
