Enterprise Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Freshworks. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling our entire suite of products to new customers in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell the Freshworks suite of products to new customers in your territory
- Tier your accounts and prospect into them alongside your BDR, via tailored and relevant outreach campaigns
- Build, develop and manage your sales pipeline
- Lead and communicate effectively with other departments throughout the sales process
- Travel to customer locations and marketing events as needed
- Commit to continuous improvement and constant learning
- Minimum 2-5 years experience managing complex sales cycles; preferably in a high-velocity software sales environment
- Experienced in Value Selling and other key sales methodologies
- Domain knowledge in the field of SaaS, CSM, CRM or ITSM is highly desirable
- Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a geographic territory selling complex software solutions
- Customer-oriented, extraordinary communication skills, high curiosity and an eagerness to learn are must-have traits
At Freshworks, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,520-$115,748 USD, plus variable compensation.
