Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead our Enterprise Sales team and drive growth in our largest customer segment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to accelerate Enterprise sales and expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the Enterprise segment
- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve revenue objectives and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, to refine sales processes and strategies
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a strong sales culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a focus on achieving results
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Enterprise Sales management experience
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving revenue objectives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating complex sales processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
- A competitive compensation package, including a base salary and on-target earnings range of $252,534 to $297,099 in Denver, CO, and $298,449 to $351,117 in San Francisco, CA
