Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead our Enterprise Sales team and drive growth in our largest customer segment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to accelerate Enterprise sales and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the Enterprise segment
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve revenue objectives and key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, to refine sales processes and strategies
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a focus on achieving results
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of Enterprise Sales management experience
  • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving revenue objectives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating complex sales processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs

  • A competitive compensation package, including a base salary and on-target earnings range of $252,534 to $297,099 in Denver, CO, and $298,449 to $351,117 in San Francisco, CA
