Job Description

Position: Administrative Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing phone communications, responding to inquiries, and overseeing office supplies.
  • Document Organization: Aid in the preparation, categorization, and filing of both physical and digital documents.
  • Data Management: Accurately input and update information in company databases, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for team members.
  • Client Interaction: Welcome visitors, address inquiries, and assist clients or customers as necessary.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Ensure a tidy and organized office environment, including inventory management and supply replenishment.
  • Team Assistance: Support various departments with diverse administrative tasks and projects as required.
  • Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming correspondence and packages; prepare outgoing mail as needed.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of office activities, expenditures, and other administrative functions.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is advantageous.

Demonstrated experience as an office assistant or in a comparable administrative capacity.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adept at using office equipment.

Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Professional demeanor and a positive outlook.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
