In this position, you will be responsible for promoting human resources technology within a specified geographical area, aiming to generate new business prospects and facilitate strategic conversations regarding Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for organizations with 50 to 150 employees. You will oversee complete sales processes, market ADP's comprehensive suite of solutions (over 40 products and services) to key decision-makers, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Your primary focus will be on what you excel at – field sales. However, your role will also involve documenting and managing multiple sales processes, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to operational status for the solutions you provide. Key Responsibilities:

Expand Our Business While Advancing Your Own. You will work both independently and collaboratively within various teams in your designated area to secure sales, win new clients, and achieve sales targets.

Transform Prospects into Loyal Clients. You will execute a sales strategy aimed at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business opportunities.

Enhance Relationships Across the ADP Network. In addition to selling cloud-based human resources solutions, you will strategically develop additional business within existing accounts, fostering lasting relationships.

Collaborate Effectively. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to your clients, internal colleagues, and broader network, demonstrating professionalism and the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications for Success:

Proven Track Record. You have a strong history of closing sales, acquiring clients, and managing a sales territory.

A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory. What truly matters is your capability to excel in this role. Acceptable alternative experiences may include:

  • Two or more years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
  • Military experience, showcasing skills such as teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a strong commitment to success.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to effectively build a network and utilize social media for sales purposes.
