As a Specialty Sales Consultant, you will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and the relevant disease states. This knowledge will empower you to engage in impactful conversations with healthcare professionals, ensuring the optimal use of our brand offerings. Your role will involve building and nurturing business relationships while achieving set sales objectives in compliance with ethical sales practices and industry regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement Alfasigma USA's strategic initiatives at the prescriber level.
  • Utilize your selling expertise and product knowledge to influence healthcare providers to recommend our promoted products to suitable patients.
  • Formulate and execute account and territory strategies, prioritizing key physicians and managing daily reporting and samples.
  • Provide support to targeted customers using approved resources and promotional materials.
  • Analyze market and customer data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and relevant medical institutions.
  • Represent Alfasigma USA to key opinion leaders, educating them on the benefits of our products through approved clinical data.
  • Meet established call plan expectations and achieve sales targets while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Conduct effective remote selling when face-to-face interactions are limited, utilizing approved communication methods.
  • Actively engage in company sales meetings and other required business gatherings.
  • Fulfill all administrative duties, including budget oversight, sample management, and training completion as directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in outside sales; experience in B2B or life sciences is preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of high performance in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and listening skills.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Understanding of fundamental selling techniques and their application in customer engagement.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and self-motivated with a passion for challenges.
  • High ethical standards and a sense of urgency in all professional dealings.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Office 365 is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software and iPad is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25-30% as necessary for the territory.
  • Must reside within the territory or in close proximity to ensure effective management.
