TTI, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Executive to enhance our operations.

Role Overview

The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to designated clients within the assigned region. The key responsibilities encompass three main objectives: generating new sales, maintaining existing sales, and expanding our market presence among current and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives sales by identifying leads and engaging with assigned client accounts, providing samples, product information, and sales materials to foster relationships and secure orders.
  • Builds and sustains strong professional relationships with clients and management teams, ensuring all transactions are conducted with professionalism and integrity.
  • Explores new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, trade exhibitions, and internal resources, to grow the client base.
  • Ensures effective communication throughout the sales process by coordinating with customers, internal sales teams, and suppliers.
  • Participates in regular business reviews with suppliers and internal management to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborates with relevant personnel to ensure timely and accurate pricing information is provided to clients.
  • Enhances customer service by working closely with Account Representatives to cover client accounts effectively.
  • Engages with clients' purchasing and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions and value-added services.
  • Strategizes with management on significant client proposals to negotiate favorable terms.
  • Addresses and resolves client inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Maintains awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Submits daily reports to management detailing client interactions and appointments.
  • Contributes to the company's quality initiatives by emphasizing the importance of quality in all operations.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with two years of experience in Engineering and/or Component Sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Competencies

  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, product knowledge, and vendor relations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to present complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in report writing and business correspondence.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications at a basic level.
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary based on assigned territory.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. without assistance.
