Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, with at least 3 years in direct sales.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Demonstrated top-tier performance in critical competencies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High initiative and creativity, capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 nights per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree.
  • Experience in medical devices and/or urology.
  • Background in sales management.
  • Familiarity with hospital, ASC, and in-office sales.
  • Knowledge of local IDN and GPO contracts.
