Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Aftermarkets Division Location:30-50 miles from Atlanta

String of TN (they will cover all of Georgia minus Augusta to Savannah) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Industrial Aftermarkets division.

This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the Georgia territory, which is currently a $2.5 million market with the potential to grow to $4 million in the next few years.

You will be working with a dedicated Applications Engineer and a supportive team to maximize growth opportunities in the region.

Responsibilities:


Collaborate with distributors to build and maintain strong relationships with plant leadership in various industries, including food and beverage, pulp and paper, agriculture, and more.

Manage and grow a list of established accounts, with a focus on increasing sales and market share. Work closely with corporate contracts to leverage larger opportunities and expand reach with end users.

Provide technical expertise on bearing and accessory components, recommending existing products from our portfolio or identifying custom solutions as needed.

Spend 70% of your time selling existing products and 30% identifying custom solutions for clients. Travel within a 3-hour radius around Atlanta, Georgia, spending approximately 50% of your time on the road.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience within industrial sales is a must.

Proven experience selling with and through distributors, with a strong understanding of the distributor network and how to leverage it to reach end users.

Technical experience in power transmission, including bearings, motors, belts, conveyors, gearboxes, sprockets, belt pulleys, clutches, and more. Industry experience in poultry, food and beverage, mining, oil and gas, pulp and paper, and agriculture is highly preferred. Comfortable with significant travel by car within the designated territory. Bachelor's degree preferred, but extensive experience (8-10
years) may be considered in lieu of a degree. An engineering degree is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a bubbly, family-oriented personality that thrives in a work hard, play hard environment.
