We are a dedicated team of professionals passionate about our trusted product offerings, and we are currently looking for a Specialty Sales Representative to manage our Atlanta territory. The perfect candidate will ideally reside in the Peachtree City area or within the southern Atlanta metro region.

Role Overview:

As a Specialty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for acquiring comprehensive knowledge of our products and relevant disease states to engage in impactful conversations with healthcare professionals. Your goal will be to foster and maintain strong business relationships while achieving defined sales objectives within your designated territory, all while adhering to Alfasigma USA's ethical sales practices and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Alfasigma USA's strategic initiatives at the prescriber level.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and product expertise to influence healthcare providers in prescribing our promoted products appropriately.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies, focusing on key physician prioritization and effective reporting.
  • Support targeted clients with approved resources and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market and customer data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and relevant medical institutions.
  • Represent Alfasigma USA to key opinion leaders, educating them on the benefits of our products through approved clinical data.
  • Meet call plan expectations and achieve sales targets in a compliant manner.
  • Conduct effective remote selling when face-to-face interactions are limited.
  • Actively participate in company sales meetings and other required business gatherings.
  • Fulfill all administrative duties, including budget oversight and training compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in outside sales; experience in B2B or life sciences is preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of high performance in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong understanding of business and financial principles.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficient in fundamental selling techniques and customer engagement.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and self-motivated with a passion for challenges.
  • High ethical standards and a sense of urgency in all tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Office 365 is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems and iPad usage is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25-30% as required.
  • Must reside within the territory or a reasonable commuting distance to effectively manage the area.
