El Ingeniero de Sistemas Eléctricos Senior será responsable de contribuir al diseño y desarrollo de soluciones de control para los robots de Persimmon y otros sistemas electromecánicos. Las personas que ocupen este puesto deberán: Diseñar arquitecturas de sistemas basadas en requisitos; aprovechar análisis y simulaciones para diseñar circuitos, diseñar PCBs (esquemático y diseño), y realizar pruebas, solución de problemas e integración de PCBs en robots y otros sistemas electromecánicos.

Detalles del Rol/Responsabilidades

• Poseer el proceso completo de desarrollo de circuitos para aplicaciones de vanguardia en robótica: Especificaciones,
análisis, simulación, diseño (Esquemático y Diseño), programación, prototipado (gestión de proveedores),
pruebas y documentación.

• Los diseños de circuitos típicos involucran: control de motores trifásicos, interfaces de codificadores, microcontroladores, CPLD, ADC/condicionamiento de señales, gestión de energía, analógico y digital de bajo consumo, Ethernet, EtherCAT, fuentes de alimentación de alta frecuencia y gestión térmica.

• Desarrollo de algoritmos, programación de microprocesadores y CPLDs.

• Colaborar con ingenieros mecánicos y de control en el diseño eléctrico/térmico/embalaje, integración y pruebas.

• Diseño y desarrollo de PCBs para robots y otros sistemas electromecánicos.

• Activar, probar, diagnosticar PCBs prototipo, rework de PCBs según sea necesario.

• Integrar, probar, solucionar problemas de componentes eléctricos en robots y otros sistemas electromecánicos.

• Colaborar con proveedores externos para el diseño de PCB, fabricación, ensamblaje y pruebas.

• Ocasionalmente puede requerir horas extra, y horas nocturnas/fines de semana para cumplir con plazos.

• Se requiere ocasionalmente viajar, tanto nacional como internacionalmente.

• El puesto es a tiempo completo y presencial.


Habilidades y Experiencia Requeridas:

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.

• Dominio experto en OrCAD, PADS o herramientas de diseño similares.

• Amplia experiencia en análisis de circuitos, simulaciones y solución de problemas.

• Experiencia en diseño de circuitos (esquemático y diseños).

• Experiencia en gestión y análisis del rendimiento térmico de componentes de potencia.

• Comprensión teórica de cables y conectores y su clasificación térmica.

• Formación teórica y experiencia en diseño de sistemas eléctricos y electrónicos.

• Dominio en equipos de prueba; osciloscopios, fuentes de alimentación, DAQs, cargas digitales, medidores de potencia.

• Experiencia en diseño de circuitos digitales y analógicos, diseño de electrónica de potencia y control de movimiento para sistemas electromecánicos.

• Experiencia con diseño de controladores de motor trifásico, Matlab, EtherCAT, BiSS-C, circuitos de refuerzo, SBCs,
gestión térmica, circuitos resonantes, familia TI c2000, SEMI S9; F47 y KCs, son un plus valorado.

• Habilidades de laboratorio, incluyendo rework y habilidades de soldadura de PCB SMT.

Requisitos Educativos:

  • Título de B.S. en Ingeniería Eléctrica o campo relacionado, se requiere experiencia en la industria.
  • M.S. en Ingeniería Eléctrica preferido.
