Impact of Your Role

Epsilon is in search of a Lead Financial Systems Consultant to become a vital member of our Financial Systems division. In this role, you will oversee the deployment of innovative technologies and provide ongoing support for current solutions and processes that facilitate our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation operations. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance and collaborate closely with team members, users, and the broader finance/IT community, particularly concerning our sales compensation platform, Xactly.

Your Responsibilities

As a Lead Financial Systems Consultant, you will serve as the primary support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system, which includes the development of Sales Compensation plans, testing, and overall system upkeep. Your duties will encompass the configuration, testing, and execution of Sales Compensation plans within Xactly Incent, including the creation of reports and dashboards in partnership with the Sales Compensation team. You will be entrusted with the configuration and implementation of new sales compensation plans, which involves gathering and documenting processes, determining system design and integrations, and overseeing configuration and testing components. This position requires direct interaction with various stakeholders across the organization, including finance, accounting, and internal IT departments. Additionally, you will act as a representative for the Financial Systems team, proactively promoting the effective use of technology. You will also be responsible for developing and coordinating training for Sales Compensation Team administrators and providing ongoing support and guidance to users on system functionalities and best practices through comprehensive documentation and communication.

Qualifications

  • Essential Skills
    • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial system administration, configuration, or development
    • Proficiency with Xactly Incent
    • Advanced skills in Excel, including financial and operational modeling for configuration validation
    • General knowledge of relational and multi-dimensional database structures
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
  • Preferred Attributes
    • Experience in Sales Compensation, financial reporting, or project management
    • Familiarity with other enterprise analytical systems
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities
