Key Responsibilities:- Service and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on power generation equipment, including generators, fire pump drivers, and other related systems.
- Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues with power generation equipment.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on power generation systems, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts as needed.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other technicians, supervisors, and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience servicing power generation equipment, including generators, fire pump drivers, and other related systems.
- Certifications: EGSA Certification (preferred)
- Skills: Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and diesel engines; computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
