Position Overview
Join the Financial Systems team at Publicis Groupe as a Lead Financial Systems Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of integrating innovative technologies and enhancing existing systems that underpin our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation operations.

Your Contributions
As a Lead Financial Systems Consultant, you will serve as the primary support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Configuration, testing, and deployment of Sales Compensation plans within Xactly Incent.
  • Creation of reports and dashboards in collaboration with the Sales Compensation team.
  • Gathering and documenting processes, designing overall system integrations, and ensuring thorough testing of components.

In this capacity, you will engage with various stakeholders across the organization, including finance, accounting, and internal IT departments. You will also champion the Financial Systems team, promoting optimal use of technology throughout the organization.

Training and Development
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will be instrumental in developing and coordinating training programs for Sales Compensation Team administrators. You will provide ongoing support and guidance to users, ensuring they are well-versed in system operations and best practices through comprehensive documentation and communication.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial system administration, configuration, or development.
  • Proficiency with Xactly Incent.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including financial and operational modeling.
  • A solid understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.

  • Experience in Sales Compensation, financial reporting, or project management.
  • Familiarity with other enterprise analytical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
