Your Role in the Organization

Publicis Groupe is on the lookout for a Lead Financial Systems Consultant to become a vital part of our Financial Systems division. In this role, you will oversee the deployment of innovative technologies and the maintenance of current systems and procedures that underpin our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation operations. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including team members, users, and the broader finance and IT community.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Financial Systems Consultant, your primary focus will be to provide expert support for the Sales Compensation financial system. This includes:
  • Developing and testing Sales Compensation plans.
  • Overseeing system configuration, maintenance, and overall functionality.
  • Creating reports and dashboards in alignment with business needs.
  • Working collaboratively with the Sales Compensation team to implement new plans, which involves gathering requirements, designing processes, and ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Acting as a liaison between finance, accounting, and internal IT departments.
  • Promoting the effective use of technology within the Financial Systems team.
  • Conducting training sessions for Sales Compensation administrators and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial system management, configuration, or development.
  • Proficiency with Sales Compensation systems.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including financial modeling capabilities.
  • Understanding of database structures and their applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales Compensation, financial reporting, or project management.
  • Familiarity with other enterprise analytical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
