Position Overview:

The Creative Communications Team at Witt/Kieffer is at the forefront of innovative advertising and marketing strategies, delivering exceptional and engaging media content to our audience and industry partners.

As a Creative Video Producer specializing in motorcycling, you will collaborate closely with the creative director, communications manager, and other team members to craft captivating brand narratives. Your work will encompass a variety of projects, including promotional campaign videos, social media content, technical product showcases, and event highlights. You will partner with athletes and collaborators to create compelling stories that resonate with our audience and authentically represent our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and edit videos for diverse platforms, including web, social media, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the entire video production process from scripting and storyboarding to editing, incorporating motion graphics, animation, sound editing, and final formatting.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements and oversee progress throughout all production phases.
  • Create and animate eye-catching motion graphics for a variety of projects.
  • Assist in the distribution of social media content across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video projects.
  • Source and integrate motion graphics, music, and graphic templates into video productions.
  • Participate in video shoots, capturing both feature content and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Edit video content both independently and under supervision.
  • Maintain post-production equipment for in-office and field use, ensuring proper organization and archiving of media.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing and editing comprehensive brand campaign videos, particularly in the apparel or fashion sectors.
  • Proficient in video production, editing, lighting, compositing, keying, and sound production.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing (experience with motion graphics is advantageous).
  • Familiarity with current trends in video production, motion graphics, design, and technology.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) for video and audio editing.
  • Advanced skills in motion graphics with a keen visual aesthetic.
  • Experience in integrating feedback from various stakeholders and managing project timelines effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in physical production, whether on location or in a studio setting, is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or equivalent experience.
