Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in close partnership with Creative Directors, Editorial Directors, and Project Managers to craft marketing solutions that resonate with the brand's visual identity.
  • Stay informed about brand standards and guidelines to ensure all consumer-facing materials reflect a cohesive design language across all platforms.
  • Manage a substantial volume of design projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while navigating data-driven assignments.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial marketing environment.
  • Showcase advanced compositing skills, including green screen techniques, keying, tracking, and rotoscoping.
  • Possess a solid understanding of video production tools, including cinema cameras and photography equipment.
  • Exhibit a creative passion for exploring innovative video storytelling techniques.
  • Utilize web technologies and applications, such as HTML and CSS, proficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong design expertise, particularly in creating key art and static visuals.
  • Independently produce content from initial concept through to final execution.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions, manage communication regarding revisions, and effectively liaise with teams.
  • Take initiative and ownership of campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate communications with the Director, studio partners, and the creative team.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive proficiency in After Effects, motion graphics, and compositing, alongside 3D capabilities in Cinema 4D.
  • Exceptional skills in motion graphics design.
  • Strong presentation, typographic, and editorial skills.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Motion Design.
  • Experience in digital media and/or direct-to-consumer entertainment is preferred, with a focus on Film Entertainment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or a related field is highly desirable.
