Your Future Team
Atlassian is on the lookout for a Creative Lead to oversee all creative initiatives within our innovative Content Studio.
The Creative Lead will drive the creative vision and execution of diverse content projects across various platforms and formats, aimed at enhancing engagement, generating leads, and boosting brand visibility.
We seek a strategic collaborator with a blend of skills in creative direction, production, editing, and shooting, who possesses a strong understanding of B2B audiences and a genuine passion for storytelling.
You will collaborate with other creative directors, art directors, designers, producers, researchers, and product marketers to create top-tier video content that embodies the Atlassian brand, ensuring a cohesive voice across all channels.
As a strategic thinker, you will focus on developing production-ready video concepts that can rapidly evolve into impactful content.
Your experience in film production within a studio environment will be invaluable.
You will guide internal production teams, product marketing managers, executives, external agencies, and production partners to craft compelling content that authentically represents the Atlassian brand.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategic and creative direction of all initiatives within the Content Studio.
- Conceptualize, write, and produce videos across the Content Studio.
- Develop concepts that can seamlessly transition into production-ready ideas.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Producer in the Content Studio to oversee all content produced.
- Work cross-functionally, balancing stakeholder needs while simplifying complex product narratives into engaging concepts.
- Provide creative direction and support to both creative and production teams within the Content Studio.
- Engage with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers, and engineers to address a global audience.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in writing and art directing for video, as well as for mobile, web, out-of-home, and more.
- Manage creative and production teams, leading both in-house and external groups in creative strategy, concept development, production, and delivery.
Qualifications:
Your Background
10+ years of experience as a hybrid creative director, producer, and shooter focused on film within a tech-oriented internal content team, creative agency, or production company, preferably with significant B2B experience.
Proven track record in developing comprehensive film content and managing consumer marketing projects in a data-driven, integrated marketing landscape.
Experience across various creative disciplines, including product, film, out-of-home, and events.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we are committed to designing equitable, transparent, and competitive compensation structures.
To achieve this, our baseline compensation is set higher than the typical market range, and we aim to hire most candidates near this baseline.
Base pay is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A:
$168,100 - $224,100
Zone B:
$151,300 - $201,700
Zone C:
$139,500 - $186,000
This role may also qualify for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
