Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including email and social media designs, website designs, packaging, ads, and point-of-sale projects.
  • Collaborate with art directors, product, and marketing teams to conceptualize and produce artwork that meets business requirements.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that adhere to established brand guidelines, strengthening and expanding the reach of the brand.
  • Use knowledge-of-audience to create visuals that are perceived as relevant, understandable, and effective.
  • Manage assigned projects to maintain a high level of efficiency and output.
  • Seek ways to streamline work, using advanced production techniques.
  • Develop and/or revise templates and efficiencies for commonly produced artwork.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to track project development and change requests.
  • Complete responsibilities in a professional manner, always with the Company's mission and goals in mind.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging in design discussions, and adjusting as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven graphic design experience with an agency, corporation, or relevant work.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and autonomously prioritize work.
  • Energetic and driven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, and the ability to walk others through creative work and decisioning.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
  • Advanced proficiency level with Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
  • Advanced proficiency level with Figma.
