Position Overview
Northern Impact LLC, a distinguished architecture firm, is on the lookout for a Senior Project Architect to enhance their dynamic team of architects and designers.
This LA-based Architecture and Interiors Studio is comprised of a dedicated group of 40 creative professionals, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment. They prioritize individual contributions while promoting a healthy work-life balance and aim to increase diversity within their firm and the wider AEC community. Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess 6-8 years of relevant experience and will be involved in all phases of project development, from schematic design to construction administration. A strong understanding of major building systems and proficiency in Revit are essential. We seek an individual with a positive attitude and a desire to grow professionally. Experience in healthcare projects is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to transform design drawings into comprehensive construction documents, ensuring technical and code compliance for city permitting, bidding, and construction documentation.
- Engage directly with project consultants and regulatory agencies to produce complete construction documents and specifications.
