We are seeking a skilled Mini Episodes Editor - Video Producer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for creating and editing episodes for our app DramaBox to support our growing team projects across the US and China.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit mini episodes for the DramaBox app and create promotional ads
  • Review and provide feedback on rough-cut videos
  • Continuously improve video content based on feedback from the production team
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with teams across various time zones
  • Ensure timely and consistent communication
  • Ensure quality and consistency across projects in line with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative storytelling and production techniques

• Experience and Skills:
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing creative teams or short video editing
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Davinci
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Personal Qualities:
  • Ability to follow instructions and independently solve problems or work collaboratively to meet goals and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and strive for perfection
  • Strong creative thinker and proactive in seeking out new solutions to challenges
