Orientation and Onboarding

Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, which includes:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Ensuring patient safety through proper use of equipment and adherence to infection control protocols.
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient conditions accurately.

Housekeeping Duties
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and their families by performing necessary housekeeping tasks.

Team Collaboration
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.

Documentation
Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications
- High School diploma preferred, with relevant training or certification required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant status in good standing is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with terminally ill or geriatric patients, is preferred.
