Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Integrated Power Services. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a regional team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a regional team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and implement corrective actions to drive sales improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
- 5+ years of high-performance selling experience with similar product applications, preferably in the rotating equipment industry or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
