Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cross-disciplinary sales executives to achieve sales growth and revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain high-impact relationships with key customers in the region to protect and grow business
  • Accurately forecast sales for the region and drive adoption of Salesforce as a vital tool to manage business
  • Guide team members to ensure sales standard work is followed within pods, including driving adoption and use of account plans, business reviews, and SFDC updates
  • Select, coach, train, and develop sales representatives to build a strong, progressive, and motivated work team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience selling into hospital or lab, or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience in the diagnostics space
  • Results-oriented, desire to succeed, and a relentless customer focus
  • Able to travel 60-75% of the time
