Job Summary

Johnsonville is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Traditional Foodservice Sales team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key customers in the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of foodservice industry sales experience and key account management experience
• Strong knowledge of the foodservice industry and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
