Regional Sales Manager

Capital One is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of Area Sales Managers and driving sales growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Conduct regular sales coaching and performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting their sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
