About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in a specific geographic region, driving revenue growth and market share expansion for Hill-Rom's capital equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve profitable revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospital executives, clinicians, and purchasing decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the acute care/hospital capital equipment space.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Extensive knowledge of capital and clinical sales processes, including expertise in structuring and closing sales deals.
What We Offer

Hill-Rom offers a competitive salary range of $128,000 to $252,000 annually, as well as discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive opportunities.
