Join Our Team as a Property Community Coordinator

Princeton Property Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Property Community Coordinator to oversee the operations of multiple residential properties, including the Foster Plaza and Andrea Place Apartments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations across up to 12 properties.
  • Screen rental applications, including credit checks and verification of employment and rental history.
  • Enforce community policies to maintain high living standards.
  • Prepare and issue legal notices as necessary.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor team members.
  • Ensure daily income deposits are accurate and applied to resident ledgers.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to manage property budgets and minimize expenses.
  • Maintain complete resident files during move-in and move-out processes.
  • Market the community effectively to achieve optimal occupancy rates.
  • Perform leasing functions and assist leasing staff as needed.
  • Review advertising weekly to ensure effectiveness.
  • Conduct daily property inspections to uphold curb appeal.
  • Utilize property management software efficiently.
  • Address resident concerns and document incidents appropriately.
  • Oversee invoice approvals and ensure timely submissions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly reports to corporate.
  • Inspect vacant units to ensure readiness for new residents.
  • Maintain all necessary documentation for the community.
  • Report on-site injuries promptly and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders in line with company policy.
  • Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and ensure team readiness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
