Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at HER Ontada, LLC. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with life sciences companies in the oncology space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the life sciences market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at life sciences companies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on life sciences or oncology
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of the life sciences industry and market trends
