About the Role:

As a Business Development Specialist at Emcor Inc, you will play a crucial part in driving growth and expansion within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to secure contracts and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching potential clients and their needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Collaborate with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals and presentations

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
