Service Sales Account Manager

Therma, a Legence company is seeking a skilled Service Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service department, you will be responsible for supporting current preventive maintenance customers and their HVAC/mechanical project needs. Your primary objective will be to acquire leads and build relationships with landlords, facilities managers, and property managers located in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will develop and qualify leads, complete site surveys, estimate projects, and prepare proposals that meet the customer's specifications. Additionally, you will work closely with various disciplines within the organization throughout the sales cycle, including HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and process piping. Your role will involve running projects from initial contact and sale through engineering, permitting, and installation up to and including the turn-over package. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a versatile background in all aspects of the HVAC/mechanical industry, with the ability to build strong, longstanding relationships with customers. You must also be able to successfully manage projects to a predetermined profit margin and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of sales project management experience in a related field of service and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a minimum of 5 years in the industry, selling, installing, project managing, or designing HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support current preventive maintenance customers and their HVAC/mechanical project needs.
  • Acquire leads and build relationships with landlords, facilities managers, and property managers located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

  • Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
