National Accounts Manager

VIVOTEK is a global leader in IP surveillance solutions, providing trusted intelligent surveillance solutions to society. As a National Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key national accounts, driving revenue growth and identifying opportunities within existing accounts and acquiring new ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts.
- Understand the business strategies and objectives of each national account and align our products/services to meet their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with national accounts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on account status, sales metrics, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar role in B2B sales, preferably in video surveillance industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time.
