Job Title: Account Executive

At DISH, we're redefining the future of connectivity. As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving performance across our assigned territory of Boost Mobile stores. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with retail store owners to ensure compliance and provide coaching and sales training to front-line sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives through role plays and side-by-side selling.
  • Inspect and drive marketing campaigns at retail stores.
  • Make daily calls to stores to drive performance and resolve customer escalations.
  • Ensure Boost brand standards and accountability in all stores within the territory.
  • Identify new retail distribution points using local knowledge and real estate contacts.
  • Implement plans to exceed sales quotas and maintain expert product knowledge.

  • A company vehicle.
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, with a potential commission of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree plus four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school.
  • Four years of sales and/or account management experience.
  • Three years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management.
  • Two years selling wireless products or services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
