B2B Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales and Account Manager to lead our business development efforts and manage client relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our business accounts and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to expand business accounts and drive revenue growth
- Oversee external partnerships with key vendors, ensuring marketing strategies and campaigns are aligned with business goals
- Track and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI and ROAS, ensuring our marketing efforts deliver results
- Collaborate across teams to create integrated sales and marketing strategies that resonate with potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Report on KPIs, sales performance, and other growth metrics to the executive team
- Lead special projects, including events, initiatives, and marketing-driven campaigns that support our business goals
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies (lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing)
- Experience managing external vendors and overseeing cross-functional projects
- Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with CRM tools (Service Titan is a plus)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Competitive salary Base + Commission ($65,000 - $120,000+) with performance-based bonuses
